We have worked with Katie with Lemon and Lace Studios for quite some time now. We have used her photography services for a variety of sessions from family, kids, senior, wedding, and even her themed sessions, and have had nothing but the best experiences every time! Katie takes the time to get to know her clients and see what they really want out of their session and photos. She takes our ideas and not only captures them, but makes them her own and makes them amazing!! Her creative eye captures everyone in their natural state, and the final product is art, not just a posed picture. She ensures each client is given the best, whether that means extra time during a shoot, or extra time editing, or whatever it may be. Katie’s professionalism is by far one her best attributes, she really makes her clients feel like friends, not just another customer. She is open and honest, and will not commit to something she can’t come through on. With so many options of photographers to choose from, you think it’d be hard to choose the right one, well, I ensure you the best choice is Lemon and Lace Studios.
I have used Lemon and Lace for my business and website promotion pictures, a family reunion, pregnancy photos, newborn/6 month/1 year photos, birth announcement and Christmas card photos. I have always been amazed by the pictures that come back and speed at which I get them. Katie’s creative eye for imagery and editing is incredible. Her pictures fill my hallways, Christmas cards and business cards. I always appreciate her ability to take great pictures in a relatively short amount of time, that is very important when working with a baby. She always has a plan filled with original and modern ideas. Katie is a laid-back, positive and professional photographer who has a way of making you feel relaxed. Because of that, she is able to capture such natural moments in her work. I especially love Katie’s ability to use nature and natural light. I will use Lemon and Lace for all of my photography needs.
We were so pleased with Lemon and Lace Studios “Little Lemon Package.” At first I didn’t think I would do my baby’s photos every 3 months, but Katie told me about her newborn package, and how can you go wrong? With every new state of our sons first year of life came amazing new photographs, outdoors and in her studio. She’s great at what she does, and we will be anxious to use her for our next baby when the time comes!
Our family is new to the community and one thing we wanted to find was a photographer. We have four children and capturing memories is important to us. We were given many names and looked over many portfolios but hadn’t found a photographer that we loved. When we saw Katie’s pictures we were impressed! We had our first session with two of our girls being photographed in one of Katie’s Frozen shoots. They loved it and we loved it. Katie was easy to work with and my girls thought it was amazing. We were so pleased with Katie’s work that we scheduled a shoot for all four of our children the very next day. We already have our next photoshoot scheduled. We love our pictures and Katie’s amazing work.
I chose Lemon and Lace Studios to get my daughter’s photos professionally taken for the 1st time because they were offering a Love/Valentine’s Day mini session which was an affordable way to have professional photos taken with minimal time commitment. The mini session was 15 minutes which allowed a 1st timer to professional photography to get their feet wet of what to expect during a session. It was also the perfect amount of time to keep an almost 6 month olds attention and still get a good variety of photos. Katie went above and beyond what the mini session offered with numerous poses, props, and backgrounds offering a classic and timeless approach allowing the photos of my daughter to be displayed in our home for years to come. I look forward to using Lemon and Lace Studios in the future for my daughter’s milestones with their creative sessions and specials.
Katie was the first photographer we chose to capture our new family of 3 and I’m SO glad we did. I have never been 100% happy with how my pictures turn out, but when I got these back (and quickly might I add) I was floored. They were so stunning and not your typical cookie cutter poses. She really made us feel comfortable and you could see that through our smiles. I can’t wait to do another session this fall and hopefully every fall after! 🙂
